Prospective corp members protesting postponement of orientation camp
The statement read: “The management of the National Youth Service Corps wishes to inform all prospective corps members that the president, commander-in-chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has approved and released funds to the scheme to hold its planned orientation course.
“Consequently, management of the scheme has scheduled the 2016 batch A stream 11 orientation course to commence from Monday, 13th June to Wednesday, 29th June 2016, nationwide.
– Delayed NYSC 2016 batch ‘A’ stream II orientation commences on Monday, June 2016
– Prospective corp members are to start printing their call-up letters from Tuesday, June 7
– According to the NYSC management, President Muhammadu Buhari has approved and released funds to the scheme
After several postponements and cancellation, the date for the 2016 batch ‘A’ stream II orientation course of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has finally been released.
A statement by the management of the NYSC released on Monday, June 6, states that the orientation course will commence on Monday, June 13 to Wednesday, June 29.
