LATEST Buhari's wife has nothing to do with Kogi election – Group





– The group called on desperate politicians to leave Aisha Buhari out of their problems

– The group said Aisha is not from Kogi and could not have interfered with the court’s ruling

A human rights group, Centre for Social Justice, Equity and Transparency (CSJET) on Monday warned politicians to leave the wife of President Muhammadu Buhari out of Kogi state politics.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja, the executive secretary of the group, Ikpa Isaac called on desperate politicians to resolve all problem within their parties and stay away from dragging Aisha Buhari into their matters.

Earlier today, media reports had it that the president’s wife influenced the judgement of the Kogi election petitions tribunal today.

A Federal Capital Territory High Court had Today, June 6, dismissed a petition by James Faleke, a House of Representative member who was also the running mate to the late Kogi state chapter All Progressives Congress glag bearer, Abubakar Audu.
